Help with a voucher

If a voucher did not arrive, went to the wrong number, or you want to cancel one you have sent, email us with the sender's phone number, the recipient's phone number and the approximate time you sent it. That is enough for us to find the voucher and act on it.

Help with something you bought

Once a voucher is redeemed at a partner shop, the purchase itself is between you and that shop — its own delivery and refund terms apply. Start with the shop directly. If you cannot reach them or the matter is unresolved, contact us and we will help. See the Delivery & Shipping Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Partner shops

Shops interested in accepting Hadi vouchers can email the address above with the shop name, location and a contact number. We will follow up with terms and the onboarding steps.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email us from the address linked to your account or write from the phone number on it. The Privacy Policy sets out the full list of your rights.
